The Parkside Community Association offers a low-interest revolving loan fund to residents of the Parkside neighborhood who live within the Vernon Triangle. This area is bordered by Amherst Street on the north, Main Street on the east, and Fairfield Avenue on the southwest. It includes Vernon Place and Orchard Place.
The revolving loan fund is administered by the Buffalo Cooperative Federal Credit Union. The monies in the fund are to be used for home improvement purposes only. The maximum loan amount is $2,000.00. Individuals who are interested should submit an application and documentation of income. All applicants must undergo a credit evaluation.
