In response to member interest, the Buffalo Cooperative FCU (BCFCU) will be introducing new services to its membership in early 2008. These new services will further the credit union's mission of providing quality financial services to its membership.
Beginning in January 2008, BCFCU members will be able to enroll in home banking. This service will allow members to access their credit union accounts on-line in a secure environment. Members will be able to perform balance inquiries, access account history, execute transfers between sub-accounts, place check orders, submit withdrawal requests by check, and obtain copies of cleared checks.
Early in 2008, the BCFCU will also introduce electronic bill pay to its membership. Electronic bill pay is an on-line service which allows members to pay bills from the comfort of their home. Members will be able to separate payments into categories to better organize their bills, and can make use of historical reports to track spending. Payments can also be made from multiple accounts.
If you would like further information on joining the BCFCU, please call 881-3767. Our office hours are Monday, Thursday, and Friday from 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM, and Tuesday and Wednesday from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM.
