When you try to log into the new site, you will use the same account ID number as before. However, we had to reset members' passwords to the original password that was set up when we enabled you account access. If you can't remember what that was, please drop us a line or call the office. We'll be glad to help you out.
If you haven't signed up for online access to your accounts, now is the time. This is a safe and easy way to help keep track of your accounts. There is no personally identifying information, stored on the homebanking site. The new site has stronger security controls to prevent unauthorized access. And because we do not have an online bill payment service attached to the home banking, no one would be able to withdraw money even if they did get into your account!
Online statements will be available shortly. It will be much improved over the old e-statements. So if you declined to get your statement online before, you may want to reconsider.
We will also have secure messaging capabilities, so we can send you notices electronically and you can get them much sooner than the snail mail version!
There are other enhancements on the way. Call the office for the application and disclosure. We'll activate your online account as soon as we get your request!
