It has come to our attention that some users of Chrome, whether on a desktop, or a mobile device have been having issues accessing home banking. We have investigated this issue and found that this is due to installations of Chrome becoming corrupt or hijacked.

We take your financial security very seriously at the BCFCU and want to let you know that no information was compromised on our end and that the issue is specific to our members devices that have been infected. If you clicked on any of the links please complete the instructions for those experiencing the issue first and then change any passwords immediately.

If you have been experiencing this issue to fix it you can either:

Use a different browser
Completely Uninstall and Reinstall Chrome

Simply resetting Chrome may not work.

Please remember that the BCFCU can not control security on devices or machines that our members use and can not provide support on an individual basis for such devices. We remind you to make sure you have the latest security updates installed and have some type of antivirus, spyware and malware security software installed which is run on a regular basis.
