Established in 1979 as a non-profit cooperative financial institution, the Buffalo Cooperative Federal Credit Union is incorporated under federal law and is owned and operated for the benefit of the members who use its services.
The Buffalo Cooperative Federal Credit Union will have modified hours for the 2019 December holiday season.
Our hours for the Christmas and New Year’s holiday will be as follows:
Tuesday December 24th: 11 a.m. – 2 p.m. (early closure)
Wednesday December 25th: closed
Tuesday December 31st: 11 a.m. – 2 p.m. (early closure)
Wednesday January 1st : closed
Financial transactions scheduled for, or on, federal holidays may be delayed and will not be reflected in your account until after we re-open.
You can always report a loss or stolen debit card by calling 1-800-453-4270, change your pin by calling 1-866-297-3411, perform online transactions via our home banking portal, or send us a message via our contact form, anytime that our office is closed.
The office will re-open on Thursday, Dec. 26th, at 11 a.m and will resume normal business hours until Tuesday Dec. 31st when we will be closing early at 2 p.m., instead of the usual 5 p.m. We will re-open again for normal business hours on Thursday January 2nd, at 11 a.m.
